DESCRIPTION:Dear colleagues\, \nOn behalf of the Swedish DBT community\, we are pleased to invite you and your networks to the upcoming DBT-dagarna 2026 with Linda Dimeff (Swedish DBT Conference)\, taking place in Uppsala\, Sweden\, on December 3–4\, 2026. \nDBT-dagarna is an annual national conference that brings together clinicians\, researchers\, and DBT teams to share knowledge\, strengthen clinical practice\, and foster collaboration across services and countries. \nConference focus:\nThis year’s conference will focus on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for individuals with Borderline and comorbid substance use disorders. \nThe programme will emphasize:\n– practical clinical applications\n– treatment strategies for complex comorbidity\n– maintaining treatment direction in the context of relapse\, chaos\, and ambivalence\n– strengthening motivation in both patients and DBT teams \nKeynote speaker:\nWe are honoured to welcome Linda Dimeff (Portland DBT Institute\, USA)\, who will lead the conference. We all know she is a brilliant DBT-therapist\, researcher and lecturer.
