DESCRIPTION:The Consultation Team in DBT aims to improve team health\, mutual support\, therapy adherence and therapy quality assurance. This is “Team Leader Consultation Team”. The key feature of this team is that its focus on the DBT team leaders as a group and team leadership (rather than one team and its patients). It uses the principles and structure of the familiar Consultation Team.\n\nThe aim is to facilitate exchange of experience\, expertise\, networking\, reflection\, and peer support between team leaders from different DBT teams. It is very helpful for discussing innovations\, implementation topics\, team issues\, working materials\, structures\, leadership topics\, etc.\n\nIt is open for DBT Team leaders and is free.\n\nSign up: angelica.a.drucker@edbta.eu
