DESCRIPTION:This Dutch-language study day is organized by PC Sint-Hiëronymus vzw and DGT Vlaanderen. The event explores empathy as the foundation of validation within Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \nThe program features: \n\n\nLectures by experts on validation in DBT\, self-validation\, and working with LGBTQ+ clients. \n\n\nWorkshops covering topics such as parental validation\, self-validation for clinicians\, writing as a therapeutic tool\, aftercare in DBT\, and working with cravings. \n\n\nInteractive elements\, including mindfulness\, music\, and experiential exercises. \n\n\nOpportunities for networking and knowledge exchange during coffee breaks\, lunch\, and a closing reception. \n\n\nParticipants will gain practical tools and deeper insights into the role of validation and empathy in DBT\, while connecting with colleagues and specialists in the field. \nOfficial Event Website
